Most orders placed through our website ship out the next business day. Orders that include free standard shipping will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. This service is typically 3 - 5 business days.
We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged via the postal provider. However, we are here to assist, but once a shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the courier's responsibility and we are only able to see the same shipping information as the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you haven't received your order after 7 business days, check your tracking number before contacting us. If it says your package has been delayed, please contact your post office to request a status update. If your package has still not been delivered after 30 days from leaving our warehouse, we will then be able to send out a replacement. We cannot send out a replacement package until the 30-day mark.
Shipments totaling over $300 will require a signature upon delivery, for the safety of our company and the customer's product.
Multiple orders for one address will be combined into one shipment.
